All printers and other hardware products sourced from SATO are covered by manufacturers warranties, however they can also be purchased with extended warranties or additional service coverage. These services are provided under our comprehensive SATO SERVICE AGREEMENTS.

SATO REMOTE SUPPORT
Another way that SATO can provide you with specialist assistance with your printer hardware or label software is via our SATO Remote Support Service. This service is an alternative to an on-site call where a member of our team assists directly via secure online access to your PC.
